Lead product design across HAPI’s core ecosystem, partner projects and new ventures, combining design leadership with hands-on product work throughout the full design lifecycle.

• Own end-to-end product design across web and mobile, from discovery, user flows and wireframes to prototyping, UI, developer handoff and design QA.
• Lead UX/UI across HAPI ID, HAPI Terminal, HAPI Snap for MetaMask, Scamfari, dashboards and AML/risk-scoring products, covering complex identity, verification, security and transaction flows.
• Designed HAPI ID, a digital identity and human-verification product incorporating blockchain attestations and Trust Score, and HAPI Snap for MetaMask, bringing on-chain risk assessment and security insights directly into the wallet experience.
• Hired and managed an in-house product designer, while coordinating external specialists and contractors across 3D design and video production.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering on user research, usability testing, product analytics and data-informed design decisions.
• Built the product design system from the ground up, establishing reusable components and interaction patterns across the ecosystem.
• Delivered product design for external partners including Consensys, NEAR Protocol and HOT Wallet, spanning blockchain attestations, privacy-focused AI assistance, Trust Score, internal product experiences, reward systems and gamified features.
• Led product design for a broad portfolio of products and new ventures, including Fitton, Bocachina, Jumbo, Exchange, PitchTalk and LockUp, taking initiatives from early concepts and UX architecture through UI, launch and ongoing development.

Led product design for a cryptocurrency exchange across web and mobile, managing a team of two designers and collaborating with cross-functional product teams.

• Led the redesign of core trading experiences, including the trading terminal, KYC and verification, deposits and withdrawals, wallets, account management and transaction history.
• Managed and supported two designers, coordinating design work and maintaining quality and consistency across the platform.
• Partnered with Product, Engineering, Analytics and QA throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to implementation and release.
• Conducted user research and usability testing, leveraging product analytics and A/B testing to validate design decisions and improve key user journeys.
• Built the product design system from the ground up, establishing reusable components, interaction patterns and consistent experiences across the platform.
• Designed and launched EXMO’s first mobile application, bringing complex trading and financial workflows to mobile.
• Contributed to a 34% increase in transactions through the product redesign and mobile initiative.
